For our management, whose guiding principle is “people first”, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management is the first and most important process.
People are the most important element of production, and people are also the ultimate beneficiaries of the products we manufacture.
The primary objective of the OHS Management System is to provide an environment in which employees can carry out production activities while remaining physically and mentally healthy.
Management provides the facilities, resources, equipment and suitable, safe working environment required to achieve these objectives.
Our principal goal is always zero occupational accidents. We continually review the effectiveness of the OHS Management System through internal audits. We examine the root causes of accidents, risks and complaints, implement effective and lasting solutions, and continually improve OHS management.
The OHS Management System can succeed only when all employees understand and embrace it and contribute to continual improvement. The key indicators of success are zero occupational accidents and a healthy, comfortable workplace.
